Thick, rich chicken paitan broth — creamy, savory, and absolutely addictive.Covered with a fiery layer of crushed red chili peppers — it looked deadly, and it was 🔥Since it was the “special,” it came packed with toppings — seriously generous portions.The flat noodles were super chewy and clung to the broth in the best way.The oversized chashu was thick, juicy, and full of meaty flavor — totally satisfying.After finishing, they served a free iced tea — perfect to cool down my burning mouth!The staff was kind and welcoming too.Hands down, one of the most intense and delicious ramen bowls I’ve had.
