from top left clockwise.

ochazuke (green tea poured over rice), salmon sashimi, edamame, seaweed, sesame seeds.

coffee (not japanese).

green salad with cucumbers, tomato and shallot. dressing made with soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and mayo.

rice with miso salmon and ginger, green onion. egg rolls (not japanese at all)

miso soup with fried tofu, seaweed and green onion.

  1. What’s the dish on the top left called? Never seen raw salmon served in a broth before.
