I feel like if they made this with better bread it could be much better. I’ve made these on a ciabatta roll and it was great with wasabi mayo. Japan sandwiches stick too close to the shokupan in my opinion.
This good looking beef would be even better without any bread.
Wagyu anything is delish lol
