Recipe:
Spaghetti 16g/454g(1 package)
Tarako 2 sacks
Milk 2 tablespoons
Heavy cream 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Butter 1-2 tablespoons
- Mix all ingredients except pasta into large bowl.
- Cook and strain pasta and immediately mix in bowl. Do not rinse the pasta.
- Plate and garnish with lemon(pictured) and ao shiso(not pictured)
Feel free to reserve a little bit of the past water if you want and add it in to the bowl but it isn’t necessary as the pasta will still retain quite a bit. Add more butter, milk, or cream(or pasta water) for consistency, and add soy sauce to taste(can be added after plating if desired).
