Homemade Tarako pasta

Recipe:
Spaghetti 16g/454g(1 package)
Tarako 2 sacks
Milk 2 tablespoons
Heavy cream 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Butter 1-2 tablespoons

  1. Mix all ingredients except pasta into large bowl.
  2. Cook and strain pasta and immediately mix in bowl. Do not rinse the pasta.
  3. Plate and garnish with lemon(pictured) and ao shiso(not pictured)

Feel free to reserve a little bit of the past water if you want and add it in to the bowl but it isn’t necessary as the pasta will still retain quite a bit. Add more butter, milk, or cream(or pasta water) for consistency, and add soy sauce to taste(can be added after plating if desired).
