  1. I think shrimp mayo are my favorite onigiri, everything but mediocre! Though I make more tuna mayo, due to costs. They look wonderful!

  2. What makes it mediocre? Looks great to me! If ya use good ingredients, you don’t really need much else!

  3. How do you cool the rice down safely after cooking? My rice never sticks together. 😭
