I have a few things i have to buy before i make it, so i was thinking i should get some pointers before hand.
I do have a local market where i can buy the octopus fresh, and i was able to buy a majority of the other ingredients there already. And i have the pan already, as well as a butane burner to cook with. And the area i plan on cooking at will be well vented (Ill be cooking in the backyard on a metal table, cuz i havent used the burner yet. Ive been waiting to use it to make this dish).
