I adore Japanese food except for trash like this.
Oversweetened travesty of Italian food.
Ahh it looks good but I can’t get over the ketchup. Same with omurice, I just can’t stand the ketchup (thank goat for demi glace options).
I’ve always wanted to try this. I’ll have to give it a go!

Nope. I’ve had it and could never understand why there are long lines outside of these Italian style cafes. My Mother lives in Japan and lived in the U.S. for 40 years and makes an American version of Napolitan and pizza that she gifts her neighbors that’s delicious because it doesn’t contain ketchup. Can’t figure out why sweet ketchup and mayo are a craze there.
Beautiful photo, and that looks and sounds delicious! Big fan of what ketchup can do in cooking comfort food like this. Out of curiosity, do you have a favorite brand that you use?
