
First time in Japan and spent 8 days in Tokyo. I fell in love with the culture. Found this random stall in Omoide Yokocho that served skewers. I went back every night for 3 days straight. When I returned home, I did intense research on kushiyaki/yakitori. Turns out, I live never a ton of pretty good restaurants. 1 week later I’m hitting up Japanese stores looking for ingredients.
