NY Strip over Japanese short-grain rice. Made a pan sauce with the steak drippings by adding rosemary and butter and sautéing minced garlic. Deglazed with shoyu and komezu. Solid 9/10 on taste.

Definitely something I would eat.
Looks tasty, incl. the green onions.
Haven’t triend steak with garlic before.. Looks yummy!
