I recently relocated from NYC and am missing a lot of the Asian food back home. After making a sesame soba noodle bowl tonight, I was reminded of how much I absolutely loved the dip sobas at Cocoron in NYC. I always found myself feeling lighter after eating there. I really miss it!
I didn't find many warm soba dip recipes when I tried googling around.
I *did* find the Cocoron sells a frozen version of the broth, which I doubt I can get shipped to the Netherlands, but at least has an ingredient list – https://www.cocoronandgoemon.com/cocoronfrozenfood/mera-mera-soba-broth
Based on that ingredient list & description, can anyone recommend me a recipe or even a set of google keywords to search for that would help me find something similar I could make at home?
