Home kani and wagyu nabe (hotpot)

It is easy to do it in Japan lol. Just buy the broth base (seafood). Buy pre-cut and sliced pieces of beef. Even the crab is cut up with shell sliced off with only edible parts included (sorry sashimi grade but I’m eating you cooked 😂)

Then chuck everything in the pot! Easy peesy.

There are pre cut and pre washed vegetable packs for nabe too but one can only get so lazy…
