This is Mitsukizuki’s Napolitan in Niigata.
The noodles are kind of like ramen, coated with a Worcestershire-style sauce,
and topped with classic meat sauce.
The name “Napolitan” doesn’t quite match what you see here,
but it’s surprisingly tasty!
