  3. I think your post is pretty self explanatory as the fish you chose are very common. I cant see anything in the dark about this that matters. Im not going to Japan so I dont need to know the name of the restaurant like Id find it anyway xD

  4. If that’s the best sashimi they have had in an inland location 2-3 hours away from the sea (in winter) then so be it, good for them.
    I just hope they got to try out truly fresh and reasonably priced sashimi elsewhere in Japan.

  5. Looks like a pretty typical presentation, except for the VERY unevenly cut tuna.

    Where was it at? Price? Anything?
