A simple Japanese home meal. I started cooking a few years ago to rebuild my life.


A few years ago, my life was honestly a mess.

Cooking is one of the habits I started just to survive and not go back to who I used to be.

I couldn’t cook at all before — I could barely make rice.

Now I keep things simple and real.

Today’s meal:

Mapo tofu, rice, and miso soup.

Nothing fancy, just something that keeps me grounded.
