Help me find this restaurant in Tokyo — they sent us off like THIS 😭🇯🇵

I’m trying to find this restaurant in Tokyo.
The food was absolutely incredible, and the service was even crazier (in the best way).
When we were leaving, the staff came outside and sent us off like this — waving and holding a sign saying “Please come again.” It honestly felt like a movie scene.
It was my first time in Tokyo and I couldn’t speak any Japanese back then, so I didn’t even manage to check the name properly.
I’m going back to Tokyo next month and I really want to visit again.
Does anyone recognize this place? 🙏

東京で行ったこのお店を探しています。
料理は本当に最高で、サービスはそれ以上に感動的でした。
帰るとき、スタッフの皆さんが外まで出てきて「またお越しください」と書いた紙を持って、こんな風にお見送りしてくれました。まるで映画みたいでした。
当時は東京も初めてで、日本語もほとんど話せなかったので、お店の名前をちゃんと確認できませんでした。
来月また東京に行く予定なので、ぜひもう一度行きたいです。
