Photos were taken a year ago and a few days apart, but here are some dishes from Mabo Kari in Osaka. The Namba Station spot might be their first location, and is tucked inside an alleyway off the main street. Really delicious, and I love that you can customize it with whatever toppings and spice level that you want. They have an option to make it sweeter, but I wasn’t too big a fan of that.
First photo is the Mapo Kari ramen with raw egg, second and third are the Mapo Curry with eggplant and katsu. From what I recall, they had 2 or 3 other locations? Highly recommend this shop!
