Hi everyone, I was wondering where exactly I can buy this type of soba?
I'm not particularly in love with buckwheat, but I heard there are soba noodles that aren't 100% buckwheat. A restaurant near my house, for example, uses these less "dark" noodles, and I love them; they're delicious. I'm looking for them in a square shape, exactly like the one in the photo!
