candy and chewing gums are probably not.
biscuits might be fine
whilst for savoury snacks depends on the flavour. chances are they are halal
I work with ingredient suppliers in Japan.
Most likely none of them are halal due to manufacturing process (use of ethanol for cleaning, non-halal items on same line, etc.) or ingredients.
I’d try Google Lens to check the ingredients
