Trying Asakusa style Japanese curry for the first time

I recently visited a small curry spot in Asakusa and tried this Japanese style curry.

The flavor was very different from typical curry β€” lighter, with a strong ginger and dashi taste.

I’m working on a small video project to introduce local food experiences in Tokyo by filming real reactions and conversations while tasting.

  5. Why are the lines in 下口 when you two are supposed to be strangers and he’s speaking relatively politely?

  6. Maybe a cultural thing but this doesn’t feel authentic at all but maybe that doesn’t matter.
